Local company Radramo Power has been established in August last year and is owned by two local businessmen: Radu Rusei and Marius Felician Gherasim. The company has obtained a connection license from electricity transmission system operator Transelectrica for the 393 MW wind farm in Pestera village in Eastern Romania, near the existing 90 MW wind farm operated by EDP Renovaveis.

The wind farm, named Pestera 2, should be put into operation in 2025. The new wind farm will be built in the vicinity of existing 90 MW wind farm, operated by EDP Renovavies.
