ALTEO-Alternative energy company completed the acquisition of a 100 % capital of Pannon Szeleromu, the company said.
Pannon Szeleromu is the operator of a 15 MW wind farm near Babolna.
ALTEO concluded the agreement to buy Pannon Szeleromu in August. The transaction will increase ALTEOʼs wind portfolio to 47.5 MW and its total electricity generation capacity to more than 122 MW.
