Spanish Iberdola announced that it has commissioned 33.6 MW Mikronoros wind farm in Greece.

The wind farm is located in Thrace, northern Greece. It consists of eight Vestas V150 4.2-MW wind turbines, with a hub height of 105 meters and a rotor diameter of 150 meters. The construction of the wind farm started in 2021, however it was halted several times, due to environmental issues and fire risk.

With this additional, the portfolio of Rokas Renewables, Iberdola’s subsidiary in Greece, has risen to 315 MW.
