In August 2024, the Krsko nuclear power plant, a joint venture between Slovenia and Croatia, produced 503,751 MWh of net electricity, surpassing the planned output of 498,000 MWh by 1.15%. This production figure is slightly lower than the 509,743 MWh generated in August of the previous year.
The plant has been operating within its technical specifications, with all safety systems functioning properly. Both the availability and capacity factors were at 100%, and no technical issues were reported.
