Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has announced a new agreement to supply 50 MW of wind turbines for a project in Constanta County, southeastern Romania. The order includes three V150-4.0 MW turbines and nine V150-4.2 MW turbines, along with a 20-year service agreement.

Delivery of the turbines is set to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with the wind farm expected to be commissioned in the last quarter of that year. The project is being developed by local company Eolenerg Project, which was acquired by RES Terranet Holding and Greenvolt Power Wind Poland in 2023.
