Slovenia: NPP Krško exceeds December 2024 electricity production targets

In December 2024, the Krško nuclear power plant, jointly owned by Slovenia and Croatia, produced 521,917 MWh of net electricity, exceeding its planned output of 513,000 MWh by 1.74%.

In comparison, the plant’s production in December 2023 was 518,576 MWh, which was 0.69% higher than the planned 515,000 MWh for that month. The plant operated within the technical specifications, and all safety systems were fully functional. Both the availability and capacity factors were 100%, with no reported technical issues.
