The Nominated Electricity Market Operators and Transmission System Operators involved in the European Single Intraday Coupling (SIDC) confirmed the successful launch of 15-minute MTU capacity allocation on the Croatian, Slovenian and Hungarian borders.
The go-live was on 9 January 2024, with the first delivery day on January 10) on the Croatian, Slovenian and Hungarian borders after which a 15-minute MTU cross-border capacity is allocated in the continuous trading through SIDC instead of the current 60-minute.
In addition, the 15-minute MTU product is introduced in Croatia for trading in addition to the currently available product list.
