Romanian state owned electricity producer Hidroelectrica, has sold energy in the amount of 13.5 million RON, or 3 milion euros to the local energy exchange OPCOM, during the bids organized on March 11th and 12th, which is bellow the targeted amount of 15 million euros .
Hidroelectrica planned to sell more than 441,000 MWh of energy, but it sold only 87,600 MWh at a cost ranging between 34 and 35 milion euros.
