North Macedonia: Oilko KDA plans takeover bid for Makpetrol

Macedonian fuel storage and transport company Oilko KDA said that it plans to launch a takeover bid for local fuel retailer Makpetrol.

Oilko KDA plans to launch an offer to buy the remaining shares it does not already own in Makpetrol for a price of 67,001 denars (1,088 euros) per share, it said in a bourse filing.

Oilko KDA holds a 28.2% stake in Makpetrol. The shareholders of Oilko KDA will vote on the plan at a meeting on January 20, 2024.
