Serbian oil company NIS, which is a branch of Russia’s Gazprom Neft, is the first ever Serbian business to publish a sustainability report. The paper was prepared according to the standards set by internatiobal organizations Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and AccountAbility, Russian website energyland.info reported.
The audit of the report was carried out by KPMG. Representatives of all NIS subsidiaries have contributed to the preparation of the report which concerns financial, production, social and environmental policies adopted by the Serbian oil company.
