Macedonia: Austrian company Energy Easter Europe lost concession for small HPPs

EMC doo small hydro power plants from Skopje have lost two concessions for the construction of HPPs Otljanska and Obednicka Reka because of omissions in the process of their realization despite additional time.

EMC doo small HPPs in Skopje was established by Austrian Company Energy Eastern Europe.

1,2 million EUR was planned to be invested in this project and average annual electricity production should be 1,8 GWH. EMC doo small HPPs in Skopje was established by Austrian Company Energy Eastern Europe.

They are working on construction of small HPPs in Montenegro and BiH, next to Austria and Macedonia.
70 concessions for small HPPs’ construction with total value of 120 million EUR has been granted so far.
