On March 26, 2024, the guarantees of origin (GO) auction for electricity produced from August 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, took place, with state-owned HEP offering a total of 250,000 GOs.
The auction, conducted through CROPEX’s IT trading platform, focused on GOs from hydroelectric power. All 250,000 GOs, representing electricity produced in April 2024, were successfully sold at a price of €0.07 per GO.
