CEZ Bulgaria proposes new clause in energy act for electricity thieves

Electricity thieves will be denied the right to become clients of the energy utility for 2 years in the least.

CEZ, the electricity supplier for Western Bulgaria, proposed that clause should be included in the Energy Act. That is the practice in the Czech Republic.
