The Securities Commission of Serbia has approved the country’s first tokenization project for a solar power plant. Local company AVR Solar Park will issue 7,250 digital tokens, each valued at €100. The funds raised will be used to expand the existing solar power plant by procuring new solar panels and associated equipment.

This initiative marks a significant advancement for Serbia in integrating renewable energy sources with modern financial instruments. Interested investors can access detailed information about the project, including potential risks, through a published White Paper, which serves as a comprehensive guide for making informed investment decisions.
