The North Macedonian state is seeking for a partner in the development of country’s gas distribution network.
The distribution network will be developed through a public-private partnership and the Government expects that the first consumers in Skopje and Tetovo will be connected to the network by the end of 2020. However, the Government has yet to publish a tender and determine the means for financing the gasification project.

North Macedonia is already developing its gas transmission network. So far, gas pipeline between Klecove and Negotino has been completed. The section between Skopje and Tetovo is 40 % complated, while the section between Negotino and Bitola is about 50 % completed.
