The Ministry of Environment and Tourism of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) said that it has received a request for preliminary environmental assessment impact (EIA) study from local company HB Wind for its Orlovaca wind project.

Orlovaca wind farm will be located in Livno municipality and will have installed capacity of 43 MW (13 wind turbines with power output of 3.3 MW each) with estimated annual electricity generation of 99 GWh.

In early 2020, the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry adopted a prior approval for the issuance of the energy permit for Orlovaca wind farm.
