Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has concluded the transaction of acquiring a stake in the Slovenian subsidiary of the Austrian OMV. As a result, Croatian INA will increase its stake in the Slovenian company from 7.75% to 33%. The company will continue to operate under the name MOL & INA.
Out of the acquired petrol stations, 27 stations will continue to operate under the INA brand. INA will be the main fuel supplier for all retail locations of INA and MOL in Slovenia.
In May, the European Commission approved the acquisition of the Slovenian subsidiary of the Austrian OMV Group by Hungarian oil and gas company MOL.
