Slovenia: Energy prices rise for households and industries in Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, Slovenian households paid an average of 0.214 euros per kWh for electricity and 0.093 euros per kWh for natural gas, according to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia. Electricity prices saw a slight increase of 1% compared to the second quarter, while natural gas prices dropped by 2%.

For industrial consumers, the average electricity price in Q3 2024 was 0.168 euros/kWh excluding VAT, reflecting a 4% increase from the previous quarter. Natural gas prices for industrial consumers also rose by 4%, reaching 0.051 euros/kWh without VAT.
