Two new solar power plants are planned for construction in the municipality of Brus, within the cadastral area of Lepenac. The project is led by local companies Top Renewable Energy 2023 and Kamena Glava Dva.

An early public review of the Detailed Regulation Plan (DRP) has been completed, marking the first step toward ensuring the project complies with spatial planning and legal requirements.

The proposal includes two separate solar facilities: one with a peak capacity of 9.99 MW (SE1) and another rated at 9.03 MW (SE2). Together, these plants would occupy around 26.23 hectares. Currently, the land parcels designated for the project are undeveloped.
