General Manager of Montenegrin state-owned power utility EPCG Nikola Rovcanin said that the company has launched a public call for the procurement of preliminary design of the district heating system in Pljevlja, namely the construction of the primary heat pipeline from TPP Pljevlja to the city.
Rovcanin said that EPCG allocated 2.5 million euros for the Pljevlja heating project, adding that submitted bids will be opened on 2 December.
He said that the winning bidder will have 45 days, namely until the end of January 2022, to submit a preliminary design, after which a public call for the main project will be launched, probably in February. The deadline for the development of the main design will be 60 days, after which the realization of the project could start.
