The construction of the energy facility is planned on an area of approximately 279 hectares, and according to the preliminary assessment submitted by Sistem-MNE, the construction of 17 wind generators with a total installed power of 112.20 MW is planned within the complex.

At the last session, the government issued urban planning and technical conditions to the investors for the preparation of technical documentation.

Let us remind you that in September, the Ministry of Finance announced a tender for the lease of over 1.5 million square meters of land in Lipovska Bistrica, on the territory of the municipality of Kolašin, to build a wind power plant.

As stated in the tender, the land is leased for 30 years to design, build, exploit and maintain a wind power plant with an installed power of up to 7 KW per wind generator, at an initial lease price of EUR 539,000 per year.

The government previously announced that the potential of this land has already been recognized by the company Energy 2 from Podgorica, which sent a request to the Ministry of Finance in March for a long-term lease of land in the municipalities of Mojkovac and Kolašin, intending to invest in the construction of the Sinjajevina wind farm – Part I.
