Quest Holdings has signed a binding agreement to sell 36.7 MW of operating solar assets in Greece for approximately 36 million euros. The transaction will be carried out by its subsidiary Quest Energy, with the portfolio transferring to an undisclosed international independent electricity producer outside the Quest Group.

The solar plants involved in the deal are located across various regions of Greece. Completion of the sale is subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions, aligning with Quest Holdings’ strategy to streamline its energy portfolio and enhance liquidity.

Quest Group operates in the green electricity sector through Quest Energy, which develops, builds, and manages renewable power plants. As of January 2024, the company reported 30 solar facilities totaling 39.2 MW.
