Croatian oil pipeline operator JANAF said its net profit fell 20.6% year-on-year in the first half of 2024 to 25.1 million euros.
Total revenue amounted to 67.4 million euros in the first half, 8.2% lower than the year and 8.5% above plan, Janaf said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Revenue from the company’s core business, transportation and storage of oil and oil derivatives, amounted to 62.6 million euros in the first six months of 2024, down 12.4% on the year but 4.9% higher than planned.
In the same period, overall costs increased 5.5%, to 36.8 million euros, due to value adjustments of receivables from buyers.
