Croatia, INA to propose higher dividend for 2022

The Supervisory Board of Croatian oil company INA said that it will propose to its shareholders to distribute dividend in the amount of 20 euros per share for last year’s profit.

The statement from the company said that a total of 200 million euros from 2022 profit will be distributed as dividend, 12.2 million will be allocated to mandatory reserves, while 31.6 million euros will be retained.

Last year, INA distributed dividend in the amount of some 13 euros per share.

INA recorded an unaudited net profit in the amount of 252 million euros in 2022, which is some 46 % higher compared to a net profit of 172 million euros recorded in the previous year, mostly due to high hydrocarbon prices.
