Bulgarian state-owned gas supplier Bulgargaz has proposed lower wholesale natural gas price to be applied for April 2023.

The statement from the company said that the price for April should be around 52.7 euros/MWh, which is 3.42 % lower compared to the price approved for March – 54.6 euros/MWh, which was a decrease of 14 % compared to February.

Bulgargaz is also expecting a 10.23 % drop in the wholesale natural gas price for May compared to the initial price it requested for April.
