The net production of electricity in Bosnia and Herzegovina in April 2022 was 1,373 GWh, compared to 1,220 GWh in the same month of 2021, the BiH Statistics Agency announced on Monday.
Electricity production in April was higher than in March, when it amounted to 1,337 GWh.
Electricity imports rose to 222 GWh in April from 204 GWh in the same month of 2021, while exports increased to 675 GWh from 524 GWh.
Compared to the previous month, electricity imports in April were 30% lower, while exports increased by 15%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 920 GWh in April, which is less compared to 1,068 GWh in March and 977 GWh in April 2021.
