Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Mining, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) has approved the issuance of an energy permit to the company Winter Wind for the Tusnica wind farm.

The future wind farm will consist of 11 wind turbines with combined installed capacity of 72.6 MW, with estimated annual electricity generation of 193 GWh. Estimated cost of the project is around 106 million euros.

Winter Wind is owned by local aluminium structures manufacturer FEAL and already operates 26 MW Jelovaca wind farm in Bosnia and Herzegovina (launched in 2019).
