In northeast Serbia in Golubac, Kucevo and Krivaca, near the country’s border with Romania, Austrian developer Ivicom Holding has started construction on its 103MW Krivaca wind farm.
The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2023 and is estimated to cost about €130mn. The wind farm will include 22 turbines, according to Bosnian engineering firm Elnos Group, a contractor responsible for the future unit’s connection and auxiliary facilities
Ivicom Holding has other wind projects in Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Georgia and previously proposed building a combined cycle gas turbine plant of up to 500MW at Korca in Albania.
