The Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska has launched a tender for a concession to build and operate the SET 1 solar power plant near Trebinje.
The planned facility will have an installed capacity of 7.95 MW and is expected to generate around 11.457 GWh of electricity annually. The investment is estimated at approximately 5 million euros.
The project site is located south of Trebinje, near the settlement of Gola Glavica, and will cover about 10.3 hectares. The winning concessionaire will be required to pay a one-time concession fee of roughly 150,000 euros, as well as an ongoing usage fee of 0.0028 euros per kilowatt-hour produced.
The concession initiative was submitted by the local company Solarna elektrana T1. As the project’s initiator, the company will receive a 10 percent evaluation bonus for its proposed technical solution, applied across all bid scoring criteria.
