Croatian state-owned oil transportation company JANAF continued its steady growth in the first half of 2025, as reflected in its financial performance. The company generated total revenues of 69 million euros, with income from core activities rising by nearly 4 % year-on-year to 64.9 million euros.

Gross profit for the first six months amounted to almost 33 million euros, while net profit reached 27 million euros—an increase of 7.5 % compared to the same period in 2024. These strong financial indicators, coupled with successful international partnerships and solid profitability, highlight JANAF’s robust corporate governance and ability to navigate global challenges. The company’s management considers the results to be a clear confirmation of the resilience of JANAF’s business model, the efficiency of its operations, and its role as a reliable energy partner.

Looking ahead, JANAF is actively preparing strategic investments aimed at expanding storage capacity at the Omisalj Terminal. Planned projects include the construction of new crude oil and petroleum product tanks, as well as supporting infrastructure, to meet growing market demand and strengthen the company’s position in the Mediterranean spot storage market.

JANAF remains committed to infrastructure development, modernization, and sustainable resource management to enhance energy security and resilience across Croatia, the European Union, and neighboring countries. The company continues to foster strong partnerships to ensure long-term cooperation, trust, and stability in the energy sector.
