North Macedonia: Makpetrol increases dividend to €68.3 per share after strong 2024 performance

North Macedonian fuel retailer Makpetrol has announced a gross dividend of approximately 68.3 euros per share for 2024, marking an increase from the previous year. The decision was approved by shareholders and reflects the company’s improved financial results.

The total dividend payout for 2024 will amount to around 6.91 million euros. In comparison, the gross dividend for 2023 stood at about 60.2 euros per share.

Makpetrol reported a net profit of 17.9 million euros in 2024, representing a 41 percent increase compared to the previous year. Operating revenues rose by 2 percent to reach 505.5 million euros, while operating expenses increased by 1 percent to 487.5 million euros.

Domestic sales grew by 2 percent, totaling 478.5 million euros, and sales on foreign markets increased by 3 percent to 12.6 million euros.

The company operates a network of 126 petrol stations across North Macedonia and maintains business operations in neighboring Serbia and Greece.
