Professio Energia has announced a significant agreement with Czech company Woodburn Invest for the full acquisition of Power Solar, which owns a solar power plant project in the Velim business zone of Stankovci, Zadar County. The transaction is anticipated to be finalized next year, coinciding with the expected operational launch of the solar power plant, which will have an installed capacity of 3.7 MW.

In October of the previous year, Professio Energia revealed a partnership with Austrian company RP Global to collaboratively develop eight solar power plants in Croatia, totaling 266 MW in capacity. These projects will be situated in areas identified by the energy permits of operational facilities owned by Professio Energia.

The company currently operates a range of renewable energy assets, including the 34.2 MW Rudine wind farm, the 9.2 MW Zadar 6 wind farm, the combined 36.8 MW Zadar 2 and 3 wind farms, and the 43.7 MW Danilo wind farm.
