Bulgarian state-owned National Electricity Company (NEK) said that it has completed the repairs of hydropower plant Tzankov Kamak, adding that the plant is ready to resume operation.
HPP Tzankov Kamak has been out of operation since mid-October due to technical issues.
The 85 MW hydropower plant is a part of a hydro complex on the Vacha river.
NEK owns and operates a total of 31 HPPs with combined installed capacity of 2,737 MW in turbine mode and 931 MW in pump-storage mode.
