The company which operates the oil terminal in Constanta port – Oil Terminal recorded a net profit in the amount of 3.8 million euros in the first half of 2022, which is by 82.8 % more compared to the same period last year.
The company’s revenues in the first six months of 2022 increased by 41.2 % year-on-year, reaching 27.5 million euros, while its expenses rose by 35 % in the same period to 23.3 million euros. The company’s EBITDA rose by 64 % year-on-year, reaching 5.7 million euros.
Oil Terminal handled a total of 4.36 million tons of crude oil, petrol, gas oil, fuel oil, as well as miscellaneous chemical products over the first half of 2022, up 47 % on the year.
The company’s total assets increased to 124.8 million euros at the end of June 2022, from 121.3 million euros at the end of 2021.
Oil Terminal has a storage capacity of about 1.5 million cubic meters and is the largest operator at sea in the port of Constanta, specialized in the handling of crude oil, petroleum products, liquid petrochemicals and other finished products or liquid raw materials for import, export and transit.
