According to the data from the Statistical Office of Republic of Slovenia, households were paying 0.173 euros per kWh of electricity and 0.057 euros per kWh of natural gas in the third quarter of 2021. Compared to the second quarter of the year, electricity prices increased by 5 %, while gas prices rose by 4 %.
The average electricity price for industrial consumers in the third quarter of 2021 amounted to 0.096 euros/kWh without VAT, which is a 8 % increase compared to the previous quarter. Natural gas prices for industrial consumers in Slovenia increased by 16 % compared to the second quarter of 2021 and amounted to 0.033 euros/kWh without VAT.
