LUKERG Renew is a 50/50 JV of ERG Renew and LUKOIL-Ecoenergo and their joint project in Bulgaria represents 10% of local wind energy market.
LUKERG Renew through its subsidiary LUKERG Bulgaria, has completed the closing for the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in a wind farm in Bulgaria, in the region of Dobrich, with an installed capacity of approximately 40 MW, operational since 2009. The value of the acquisition, in terms of Enterprise Value, is approximately Euro 52 million.
LUKERG Bulgaria has also signed a project finance loan agreement for the amount of 33.7 million Euro, with Raiffeisen Bank International as Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA), to partially finance
such acquisition.
